Well, this is certainly different. Emil & Friends take on the superb Midnight City by M83 is almost indistinguishable from the original, except for the lyrics. What Emil & Friends have done is made an all over the place smooth, funky pop piece and I’m loving it. Don’t think of this as a cover, think of this as an inspiration and then take it from there…
