Theme Park: “Milk”

From knowing next to nothing about this band back in April, they sure have moved fast. They’ve been up and down the country supporting Bombay Bicycle Club on tour and have upcoming shows alongside The Antlers, Summer Camp and Neon Lights. Its only right that we got some new music from this exciting up and coming band (and boy are they up and coming).

Here’s Milk, another great quirky indie pop song that fits right in with their other stuff.

Theme Park: “A Mountain We Love”

We posted on Theme Park back in May, posting up two of their tracks Milk and this one A Mountain We Love. There wasn’t really much to go on back then, just that they were from the UK and we liked what we heard. Cut to now, and they’re starting to be a little less shy and are making noise. Heard them on Radio 1 a week ago and knew I recognised it so had to delve back into the archives, and here it is again! A Mountain We Love is perfect indie summer fun.

Theme Park

Excuse the photo with this post, it has nothing to do with the band save for the name (but how much did you love playing Theme Park, right?). We came across Theme Park today on our morning perusal of music blogs and such. We clicked away like we normally do not hoping for much but what we got was a great Talking Heads-esque sound that put a little smile on our face, nice and welcome on a Monday morning. We can’t find that much out about the band apart from they’re from the UK, so if you know anything more about the band get in touch because we like what we hear and we want to hear more!
